buggy, no support

Game needs fixing. I used to enjoy this and had gotten to a 600s level, but the new version requires Facebook sign in (which I dont have), so game wiped my progress and reset to first level. I contacted support, they said they "fixed it" and restored my progress to my account. But no dice. Why require a Facebook account or to play as a "guest" as the only two options, even when one is signed into game center account?
