Too many mistakes in the counting during the game, needs fixing!

When will you ever fix the taffy points counting during the game (lots gained get lost and do not add to the sum) and the video upload to gain diamonds and taffy points? It gets worse with every new version

STOP Those videos to earn points which NEVER upload!!!!!! It is useless and a total waste of time to wait and wait for the same message that always appears to try again later!!!! In addition many of the taffy tickets earned while playing are not considered in the counting, I could even film how I earn points and they do not appear in the counting. Check and fix the game before losing players!!!!!

Dont you ever pay attention to your loyal players comments? Do you ever take time to read them? I feel you do not listen and it is frustrating.

I really loved it and it was my favorite game for years, but time between lives is extreme and most of the time the videos and spins do not run, although connection is excellent and the internet is working and all of the rest of Apps run perfectly. Should revise this because it is a trap. The videos when spinning and gaining taffy points never upload and when they do, most of the times the points earned do not appear in my account. This is becoming annoying!!! You should revise this!
Be aware that competition is high and you might lose momentum!!!!
